Woodcliffe

Woodcliffe is a Toronto-based residential and commercial heritage restoration and development company. Woodcliffe works to develop landmark properties with generational impact. Woodcliffe was founded on the belief that structures of historical significance could be restored through adaptive reuse to enrich the urban landscape while remaining economically viable.

After almost three decades Vanderbrand was engaged to mark Woodcliffe’s shift from a heritage restoration company to a mixed-use real estate builder. The new brand identity captures Woodcliffe’s philosophy of intelligent, innovative, and considered design.
