Park Road

Park Road is a premium residential condominium of the flatiron building typology located in Toronto’s Yorkville neighbourhood, designed by Diamond Schmitt and Cecconi Simone, and developed by Capital Developments. The location of Park Road achieves a balance between city and park living.

Vanderbrand developed an immersive brand identity and campaign experience across print, video, signage, and web. The cross-platform campaign highlights Park Road as a distinct residence, emphasizing the premium amenities within the sought-after neighbourhood. Each touchpoint reflects the quality of Park Road, seamlessly incorporating both classic and contemporary brand applications.
