Junction House is a boutique residential condominium in Toronto’s Junction neighbourhood, designed by Superkül and Dialogue 38 and developed in partnership with Slate Asset Management and Globizen. Junction House is Slate Asset Management’s first residential development.

Vanderbrand developed a strategy and brand for Junction House to integrate the design-forward residence in a historical neighbourhood, known for its art, fashion, and liveliness.
